Recurring service is flat monthly pricing — weekly pool care starts at $125/month and depends on pool size, screen enclosure, and equipment access; lawn care is per-visit pricing based on lot size with bi-weekly as the most popular cadence. One-time jobs like patio pressure washing or screen-enclosure soft-wash are quoted by the square foot after a free walkthrough, and every quote is firm — no surprise add-ons on the day of service.

We respond to every quote request within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Sat, 7 am–6 pm), and most property-manager RFQs get a same-day written estimate. If you call outside those hours, you'll hear back first thing the next morning — and confirmed work is usually scheduled within the same week.
